Where some of your data is necessary for us to perform a contract to which you or your company is a party, or to comply with a regulatory obligation, we will inform you of this at the time of collection.
Your data will be used in a number of ways, depending on the reason you contacted us:
On the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time without calling into question the initial lawfulness of the use of your data, for the dissemination of communications, all regulated information and more generally the various communications of our company;
For the purposes of executing your contract or a contract concluded with the company you represent (execution of services, invoicing, follow-up of the execution of the contract, after-sales and complaints, etc.);

To meet our legal, accounting and fiscal obligations (in particular to keep supporting accounting documents);
Unless you object and within the limits of your interests and rights, to meet our legitimate needs:
if you have submitted an application, in order to constitute a mutualised pool of applications which, although rejected at a given time, are likely to correspond to a future need.
Rights of individuals
You have the right to access, rectify erroneous data concerning you and, in the cases and within the limits provided for by the regulations, to oppose, delete certain of your data, limit their use or request their portability with a view to their transmission to a third party, but also to define the fate of your data after your death.
To exercise your rights, simply write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach, if necessary, any document proving your identity and your request.
In the event of unresolved difficulties, you may refer the matter to the CNIL.
