Data controller and recipients of personal data

We inform you that your personal data collected on the present site and, more generally, within the framework of the relations you may have with our company, are processed by the company HATAHE & CO, whose head office is located at 10 rue de la Paix in Paris (75002), registered in the Trade and Companies Register under the SIRET number 89386126000014, represented by its President Mr Gilles Picozzi.

The data collected is intended to be used by our company. It will also be made accessible to our technical service providers (“subcontractors” in the sense of the regulations), for the strict needs of their mission.

Purposes of collecting personal data

Where some of your data is necessary for us to perform a contract to which you or your company is a party, or to comply with a regulatory obligation, we will inform you of this at the time of collection.

Your data will be used in a number of ways, depending on the reason you contacted us:

On the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time without calling into question the initial lawfulness of the use of your data, for the dissemination of communications, all regulated information and more generally the various communications of our company;
For the purposes of executing your contract or a contract concluded with the company you represent (execution of services, invoicing, follow-up of the execution of the contract, after-sales and complaints, etc.);
To process and respond to requests for pre-contractual measures taken at your request (application management, information requests, etc.);
To meet our legal, accounting and fiscal obligations (in particular to keep supporting accounting documents);
Unless you object and within the limits of your interests and rights, to meet our legitimate needs:

if you have submitted an application, in order to constitute a mutualised pool of applications which, although rejected at a given time, are likely to correspond to a future need.

Rights of individuals

You have the right to access, rectify erroneous data concerning you and, in the cases and within the limits provided for by the regulations, to oppose, delete certain of your data, limit their use or request their portability with a view to their transmission to a third party, but also to define the fate of your data after your death.

To exercise your rights, simply write to us at hello@hatahe.com and attach, if necessary, any document proving your identity and your request.

In the event of unresolved difficulties, you may refer the matter to the CNIL.

Retention of personal data

Your data will be kept for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes, in particular for the following periods:

Performance and follow-up of contracts 1 year after the end of the commercial relationship
Recruitment 2 years after the last contact

At the end of these periods, the data will, if necessary, be archived for a period not exceeding the legal prescription periods or the applicable archiving obligations. Once these periods have expired, the data will be destroyed.
